  1. Horticulture is the practice of cultivating fruits, vegetables and flowers while in market gardening its only vegetables and fruits which are cultivated

    - Ready market offered by ever ever – expanding population in the urban areas /more overseas markets.
    - Large capital investment by large overseas companies such as Delmonte and Oserian / banks give financial support to small scale farmers
