  1. They are cold local winds which blow from valley bottoms up the valley to the hill tops
  2. - Due to coriolis force where wind is deflected by earths rotation
    - Surface of the earth has several obstacles which block / divert the wind’s directions
    - Due to existing anticyclones which are areas of diverging air / wind moves from a region of high pressure to a region of low pressure

  1. - It is the group of heavenly bodies;the sun and the eight planets
  2. - Photographs taken from space by satellites show that the earth is spherical
    - The shadow of the earth during the eclipse of the moon is spherical – shaped.
    - The circumnavigation around the earth facing one direction you will appear from the opposite direction.
    - All other planets are spherical, earth being one of them, must also be spherical
