  1. Climate is the average weather conditions of a given place for a long period of time, usually over 35 years
  2. - Mathematics is a branch of science dealing with figures and numerical values.
    - Formulae of mathematics are used to calculate distance and Area in Geography
    - Numerical values in geography can be appropriately presented and analysed by means of mathematical techniques such as graphs and charts.

  1. - An earthquake is a strong vibration of crustal rocks caused by seismic waves while an earth tremor is a mild vibration of crustal rocks
  2. - Mid oceanic ridges
    - Ocean deeps and volcanic islands
    - Regions of crustal compressions
    - Within the Rift Valley / faulted belts

Describe the formation of the feature marked
Answer
- The feature marked S is a barrier reef formed by corals . Initially corals form close to the shore and grow seaward level of the sea may subside forcing corals to grow further into the steep sea. Later the level of the sea rises forcing the corals to grow upwards to catch up with the phase of the rising level of the sea. Finaly a coral reef enclosed by a deep lagoon called a barrier reef is formed, Alternative land may also subside or landslide is experience in the continental shelf forcing corals to grow vertically upwards to catch up with the level of the sea forming a Barrier reef
